Matthew Brosseau

FOUNDER

Matthew founded Path Forward in 2022 to close the gap between CQV strategy and real-world execution in regulated manufacturing environments.

A Clarkson University mechanical engineering graduate and 11-year United States Army veteran, Matt brings over a decade of leadership experience inside FDA-regulated facilities.

He has served in engineering and engineering management roles across Food & Beverage and Class I Medical Device manufacturing. As Founder & Principal, he remains directly engaged in project oversight and senior CQV execution.

Capital & Regulatory Experience

With a focus on CQV leadership, Matt provides direct oversight of complex qualification and commissioning programs across regulated environments. He remains actively engaged in execution, ensuring each phase meets regulatory expectations and operational requirements.

As an Associate Member of ASHRAE and member of ASQ, he maintains alignment with current engineering and commissioning standards. His approach emphasizes accountability, structure, and disciplined delivery throughout every project phase.
