Path Forward was founded in 2022 by Matt Brosseau, a Clarkson University graduate and 11-year United States Army veteran. Matt graduated from Clarkson University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and was simultaneously commissioned as an officer in the Vermont Army National Guard.

Throughout his private sector career, Matt has spent the last decade working in FDA regulated manufacturing facilities in both engineering and engineering management capacities. He is also an associate member of ASHRAE as well as an ASQ member.  In the military, he has served as a platoon leader, executive officer, and company commander. His most recent military venture saw him completing engineering projects across multiple countries in Africa.

Path Forward takes pride in tackling challenging equipment qualification and commissioning endeavors. The spirit of the organization is rooted firmly in the US Army Corps of Engineers Regimental motto, "ESSAYONS!" French for "let us try!" This isn't a half-hearted exclamation, but a statement of confidence, "where all others have failed, let us try, and we will succeed.
