Frequently Asked Questions

Do you travel to customer facilities or jobsites to perform your work?

Yes. On-site presence is often essential for effective execution and strong collaboration. While the balance between field work and remote support varies by project, we aim to provide meaningful on-site engagement while managing travel-related costs responsibly.

Do you have experience operating in FDA-regulated or cGMP environments?

Yes. Our team has both foundational knowledge and hands-on experience working in regulated manufacturing environments. We prioritize ongoing education to remain current with industry standards. Team members complete annual cGMP and HACCP training through NSF to stay aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.

How do you initiate new projects?

Every project begins with a discovery phase. We meet with key stakeholders—virtually or in person—to understand your business, project scope, regulatory environment, and specific needs. This allows us to align expectations and define a structured path forward before execution begins.

Are you able to perform services outside of New England?

Yes. Although we are based in New Hampshire, we support projects across the United States.

What is your policy on safety?

Safety is fundamental to how we operate. Team members maintain OSHA 10-hour certifications for general industry and provide documentation to client EHS or site safety authorities prior to project initiation. We deploy with appropriate baseline PPE and comply fully with all site-specific safety requirements.
