How do you initiate your projects?Every project is different, and so are the needs of our customers. Before beginning a project, we like to meet with key stakeholders within your organization, either virtually or in-person. We like to consider this the "discovery phase", where our intent is to learn more about your business, the scope of the project and your specific needs.

Do you travel to the customers facility / jobsite to perform your work?Of course! The best way to execute due-diligence and build a rapport with our customers is to be precent at your facility/jobsite. However, the exact ratio between “field work” and work that can be completed at our home office can vary greatly job-to-job. As a rule of thumb, we strive to strike a balance that offers our customers excellent on-site support while keeping costs associated with travel as reasonable as possible.

What is your policy on safety?Safety is at the forefront of everything we do. Our team members are required to obtain OSHA 10-hour certifications for general industry. As a rule of thumb, we provide copies of these certifications to all of our client’s EHS or other jobsite safety authorities prior to initiating any project work. We’re also accustomed to deploying to a job site with our own basic PPE and will don any additional site-specific PPE that may be required by the customer.

In addition to this, we place a high value on continuing education in order to stay current with common trends in FDA regulated industries. Our team members complete annual training on both cGMP and HACCP through NSF in order to stay current.
